
Mr. Golomb is a founding shareholder and managing partner in the Philadelphia law firm of Golomb & Honik, P.C. The firm's practice is limited to the representation of injured plaintiffs in diverse individual and class action litigation.
Mr. Golomb has served as lead counsel in a number of cases which have resulted in significant verdicts and/or settlements. He has also served as Amicus Curae counsel in a number of cases before the Pennsylvania Superior and Supreme Court Courts in cases of legal significance for the Plaintiff’s bar.
As an example, Mr. Golomb argued the Donnelly vs. Bauer case before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court where the issue was whether an automobile policy should be revised to full tort status when the insurance carrier did not provide the appropriate cost comparisons.
Additionally, Mr. Golomb has served as lead counsel in a variety of medical malpractice, automobile accident, construction accident cases, dram shop, product liability and bad faith claims in which settlements and/or verdicts in excess of $1,000,000.00 were obtained.
A past president of the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association, Mr. Golomb has held many leadership titles within the legal community. He has served as a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association's Board of Governors, chair of the Philadelphia Bar Association's State Civil Committee, and member of the Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania. He is currently a member of the Philadelphia Bar Foundation Board of Trustees, the Philadelphia Bar Association's Judicial Selection and Retention Committee and the Board of Governors of both the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association.
Mr. Golomb has frequently lectured and written for such organizations as the Philadelphia Pennsylvania, and American Trial Lawyers Associations as well as the Pennsylvania Bar Institute, Philadelphia Bar Association, and Philadelphia Bar Education Center, discussing a variety of topics in the area of personal injury litigation including investigating and assessing new cases, discovery, pretrial procedure, use of expert witnesses, trial strategy and damages.
Mr. Golomb received his undergraduate degree from American University and his law degree from Nova Southeastern University.
