Stephan Matanovic received
his B.A. from the University of Virginia in 1995
and his J.D. from Temple University's Beasley
School of Law in 1998. He is a member of the Pennsylvania
and American Bar Associations and the Philadelphia
and Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Associations.
Mr. Matanovic joined Golomb & Honik in
2004 after many years representing corporate
clients. His practice focuses on complex civil
litigation, including class actions and multi-jurisdictional
matters, involving trial and appellate work
in state and federal courts. He has extensive
experience litigating a wide range of complex
matters surrounding toxic torts, with a particular
emphasis on claims involving exposure to beryllium,
as well as with securities, antitrust, and insurance
litigation.
Mr. Matanovic has obtained significant recoveries
for individuals suffering from the effects of
beryllium exposure, and for institutional and
individual investors pursuing claims against
corporations for securities fraud. In addition,
Mr. Matanovic has litigated cases under the
Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA)
and other employee benefits laws, and has also
represented litigants before the American Arbitration
Association.

Michael S. Levin is an associate
with Golomb & Honik. He concentrates his practice
in personal injury and medical malpractice matters,
as well as in commercial litigation, mass tort
and class action litigation. Mr. Levin
earned a B.A. degree from Temple University,
and went on to graduate with honors from the
Widener University School of Law in Wilmington,
Delaware, where he was a staff member of the
Delaware Journal of Corporate Law. He is admitted
to the bar of both Pennsylvania and New Jersey,
and is a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association,
the Bucks County Bar Association, American Association
for Justice, Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association,
and Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association.
Prior to joining Golomb & Honik in 2007, Mr.
Levin enjoyed many years of success representing
injured individuals in both state and federal
courts. As the appellate level, he has successfully
briefed and argued a number of cases which have
resulted in published opinions by the Superior
Court of Pennsylvania and the Superior Court
of New Jersey's Appellate Division which have
advanced the rights of injured individuals and
insurance consumers. He also has extensive experience
litigating insurance coverage issues on behalf
of both policyholders unfairly denied coverage
by their insurers and claimants seeking to recover
insurance policy benefits.

Andrew R. Spirt graduated
from American University in 1990 and Texas Wesleyan
School of Law in 1994. Mr. Spirt devotes his practice
to representing individuals who have sustained
injuries in accidents caused by motor vehicles,
medical negligence, defective products and other
types of negligent conduct. Through over 10 years
of practice, he has successfully secured substantial
recoveries for his clients by way of settlement
and verdicts in jury trials in cases involving
medical negligence, motor vehicle accidents and
premises liability. Mr. Spirt is presently a member
of PaTLA and PTLA. Prior to joining
Golomb & Honik in 2005, Mr. Spirt practiced
for many years in the Philadelphia area where
he handled catastrophic personal injury litigation
cases, as well as a wide variety of commercial
litigation cases. In law school, Mr. Spirt served
as a judicial intern for the Honorable Terry
R. Means in the District Court of Texas. He
is presently licensed to practice in the Commonwealth
of Pennsylvania and States of New Jersey and
Texas.

Todd M. Mosser received his
B.S. from Shippensburg University in 1998 and
his Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from
the University of Pittsburgh School Of Law in
2001, where he was inducted into the Order of
the Barristers. He is a member of the Philadelphia
and Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Associations. His
practice focuses on individual personal injury
litigation, as well as complex mass tort, commercial,
and class action litigation. Mr. Mosser
joined Golomb & Honik in 2006 after years
of success in both the public and private sectors.
Upon graduating from law school, Mr. Mosser
served as an Assistant District Attorney in
the Appeals Unit of the Philadelphia District
Attorney’s Office. During his tenure
as an A.D.A., Mr. Mosser successfully briefed
and argued hundreds of cases in trial and appellate
courts, including several published cases in
the Pennsylvania Superior and Supreme Courts.
Immediately prior to joining Golomb &
Honik, Mr. Mosser represented institutional
and individual investors in class actions brought
for violations of the Securities Act of 1933
and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
In many of these cases, Mr. Mosser helped to
secure multi-million dollar settlements for
his clients. Mr. Mosser has also represented
shareholders in derivative litigation in which
publicly traded companies engaged in the improper
practice of “backdating” stock option
grants to top executives.
Mr. Mosser also serves as a Captain in the
United States Army Reserves, JAG Corps.
He is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania,
and has also been admitted to practice in the
U.S. District Court for the Eastern District
of Pennsylvania, the U.S. Court of Appeals for
the Ninth and Sixth Circuits, as well as numerous
other U.S. District Courts throughout the country.

Joshua K. Kutinsky is an
associate with Mark F. Seltzer and Associates.
He concentrates his practice on Insurance Law,
Disability Insurance, Long Term Disability, ERISA,
and Bad Faith. Mr. Kutinsky graduated
magna cum laude from Widener University
School of Law in 2004. Mr. Kutinsky is also
a graduate of Widener University's JD/PsyD program,
where he earned his doctorate in clinical psychology
in tandem with his law degree. Mr. Kutinsky
was an Articles Editor for The Widener Law
Review, a Widener Scholar and member of
the Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society.
Mr. Kutinsky previously served as the Wolcott
Law Clerk to Justice Carolyn Berger of the Delaware
Supreme Court, and as a Law Clerk to the Honorable
Alison Whitmer Tumas of the Delaware Family
Court. He has also worked for the Disabilities
Law Program of Delaware's Community Legal Aid
Society.
In 2005 Mr. Kutinsky was appointed as a Clinical
Assistant Professor at Widener University's
Institute for Graduate Clinical Psychology,
where he continues to teach courses in addictions
treatment. He has written on alternative dispute
resolution and on standards of practice for
forensic psychologists, and has co-authored
numerous publications on mental illness and
the death penalty.
He is a graduate of the University of Colorado
at Boulder, where he earned Bachelor of Arts
degrees in Psychology and in Philosophy. He
is a member in good standing of the Pennsylvania
Bar.
